Alabama Cabin - Serra Gaúcha

Cabana Alabama features an A-Frame design and offers a spacious, fully equipped, and private environment. It includes a furnished kitchen, double bed, hot tub, private bathroom with gas-heated hot water, barbecue area, and a deck with mountain views. About the location and space:

The land where Cabana Alabama is located is a private property of 25 hectares, shared with the owners of the lodge, who live in a nearby house. Close to the accommodation, there are bars and markets where you can shop or enjoy lunch or dinner out. The lodging is 10 km from Nova Petrópolis, 45 km from Gramado, and 80 km from Porto Alegre.

The space consists of a ground-floor cabin with a mezzanine, featuring:

- 50m²;

- 1 double bed in the mezzanine;

- 1 hot tub;

- 1 two-seater sofa;

- Wi-Fi and Smart TV;

- 1 bathroom with gas-heated shower;

- Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, microwave, gas oven, minibar, appliances, countertop, and other kitchen utensils;

- 24,000 BTU air conditioner;

The land is very spacious, with a yard and garden that offer:

- Deck to enjoy the view and sunset;

- Parking space next to the house;

- Chairs to relax and enjoy the garden and nature;

- Area where your pet can roam freely;

- Outdoor barbecue grill with skewers;

Other important information:

- The house runs on 220v voltage.

- The accommodation is pet-friendly. Pet waste must be collected, including that in the yard, and pets need to be well-behaved and properly cared for.

- Third-party visitors are not allowed in the accommodation.

- Smoking inside the house is not allowed.

- Bed linens, pillows, blankets, comforters, and one bath and face towel per guest are provided.

- The cabin is not suitable for seniors and children under 7 years old due to the mezzanine stairs and the height of the deck.

- The owners have a pet dog named Pipoca. She is very gentle and often interacts with guests.

Breakfast is not included in the daily rate. If interested, guests can book it for R$ 75.00.

The breakfast basket includes:

- 3 slices of colonial bread and 3 slices of whole wheat bread;

- 2 bananas and 1 apple;

- 1 small bottle of grape juice and orange juice;

- 1 small bottle of yogurt;

- 6 cheese breads;

- Jam, butter, honey, granola, sliced cheese, salami, and chicken breast.

About access:

- The property is quite spacious and guests have access to all areas of the space.

- Vehicles can be parked inside the fenced yard, in an uncovered area next to the house.

- Getting around the neighborhood can be done on foot. There is no public transportation service available.

- Walking and cycling can be safely enjoyed on the streets and roads in both the central area and the countryside.
